CONFERENCE PRICE LIST

Large conference hall:

• 215 m² 
• up to 200 theatre style seats 
• up 100 seminar style seats 
• rent price: 52 EUR per hour or 320 EUR per day.

Medium conference hall:

• 90 m² 
• up to 70 theatre style seats 
• up to 40 seminar style seats 
• up to 34 diplomat style seats 
• rent price: 32 EUR per hour or 160 EUR per day.

The free standard equipment of conference halls includes:

• overhead projection 
• slide projection 
• TV and video 
• flip board and markers 
• sound equipment for talking (microphones, amplifier)

The following is available for an additional charge:

• translation equipment (4 channels for up to 100 participants), 5,50 EUR per day/participant 
• video-data projection, 50 EUR per day

We also offer catering, accommodation (partner Pallas Hotel), organisation of receptions and presentations, we help with registration of conference participants and it is also possible to use the telephone and fax. We will also make photocopies if necessary.
